• Changed the edit button icon to a pen instead of cog wheel.
• Removed the hover-to-see on the edit/create buttons.
• Added mouse pointer CSS.
• Made delete button less prominent.
• Added explicit save button. Closing without manually saving now cancels.
• Propagate changes to "Done" up and down the tree.
• Wrote "manual".
